At elezatv, we want to ensure you are 100% satisfied with your subscription. We strongly recommend that all customers take advantage of our free 24-hour trial before purchasing any premium plan to test our channel lineup, streaming stability, and device compatibility.

Please read our refund terms carefully before choosing a premium subscription.

1. General Refund Terms

  • Free Trials: Since our 24-hour trial accounts are completely free, they are not subject to any refunds or extensions.

  • Subscription Plans: Once a paid premium plan (1 Month, 3 Months, 6 Months, or 12 Months) is activated, we incur server, playlist configuration, and technical setup costs. Therefore, we generally do not offer full or partial refunds once the service has been delivered and used.

2. Eligible Refund Conditions We will review and issue refunds strictly under the following specific circumstances:

  • Non-Delivery of Service: If you purchased a subscription but did not receive your activation details (m3u link, Xtream codes, or setup assistance) within 24 hours of payment, you are entitled to a full refund.

  • Technical Incompatibility: If our service completely fails to function on your device due to a verified issue on our server side, and our support team cannot resolve it within 48 hours of you reporting the issue, we will issue a pro-rated refund for the remaining unused days.

3. Non-Refundable Situations We cannot issue refunds for issues outside of elezatv’s direct control, including:

  • User Internet Speed: Buffering or lag caused by slow local internet speeds, weak Wi-Fi signals, or ISP (Internet Service Provider) throttling.

  • App or Device Faults: Issues running the service caused by outdated streaming hardware, incorrect third-party app setups, or corrupted device software.

  • Temporary Channel Maintenance: Occasional downtime, updates, or maintenance on specific channels, sports feeds, or video-on-demand (VOD) titles.

  • Account Sharing Violations: Immediate termination of accounts flagged for simultaneous streaming on multiple unauthorized devices (violating our anti-sharing security system) will not be eligible for a refund.

4. How to Request a Refund If you meet the eligible conditions for a refund, you must submit a formal request to our support team:

Please include your registered email address, the order date, and a detailed explanation (with screenshots of any technical errors if applicable) so our team can evaluate your request quickly.

Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment gateway method within 3 to 7 business days.
